Shipping policy -

1. 10 and 40 ruppee as per delivery condition will be added as delivery charges

2. Any type of placed order will be delivered within 3-6 hours to the time of placing the order

3. Placed order can not be changed neither can not be returned

4. If you get and damaged product or the product is not what you ordered in this type condition only that particular product will be replaced

5. Our services is limited inside dhar region only. Order which are not related with dhar region will be canceled.

Item out of stock -

1. In offdukan only small and big dealers of dhar region sells here

2. If you putts any type of order but that particular item already sold out, so in this condition your order will be cancelled and you will be in informed

Warranty Issue -

1. Shop keeper ( retailer ) would be responsible for any type of guarantee and warranty

2. Off dukan only provides delivery service of the products
